Sure, create an official location and use
Chris Penn’s new media resume concept and incorporate ideas taken furthered by Bryan Person and his readers.
But I noticed a few of you were coming here and couldn’t bear to waste your time.
So here is the best advice I know from Matt Cutts of Google who I noted his presentation at Word Camp 2009 SF.
It’s was all about gaining reputation and trust and here are the take aways.
Start small
Create a usefull service (fulfills the “What’s in it for me” mindset)
Write every day about a create niche
Write code. Useful code or lots of specific code
Live blogging (life streaming) and stay on the edge.
Make Lists
What am I doing? I like making stuff for niches. Which means getting really good at building stuff + understanding your customer then ramping up serendipity to fit like a glove to a market.
